Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Studio pickup is available during the following hours:

Monday: 10:00–17:00
Wednesday: 10:00–19:00
Friday: 10:00–14:00

Make multi-strand knitting simple and tangle-free. If you’re planning to knit with fine yarn held double (or more), this service prepares your yarn onto multiple cones so each strand feeds smoothly while you work.

No tangled balls, no juggling yarn on the table, just a clean, comfortable knitting experience.

How it works

  • Your yarn normally comes on one cone
  • If you want to knit with multiple strands, you’ll need additional cones
  • Leave a note in the shopping cart with the yarn or yarns you'd like to be wound on an extra cone
  • We rewind your yarn so each strand has its own cone

Example:
If you buy 100g of yarn and want to knit with 2 strands, you’ll need 2 cones total. Add 1 extra cone to your order.

Important

  • One cone is already included with your yarn
  • Please add one fewer cone than the total you need
  • This service is per extra cone

Working with fine yarn becomes much easier when everything is prepared properly, so you can focus on your knitting, not the setup.
