Refund policy
At ColourPopCrafts, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
We have a 14-day online return policy, which means you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
We accept returns for both defective items and change-of-mind purchases.
To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by:
- Sending an email to orders@colourpopcrafts.com, or
- Filling out our contact form.
You may also use our Model Withdrawal Form, though it's not mandatory.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)
- This applies to UK and international orders
We strongly recommend contacting us before returning items so we can assist you and ensure a smooth process.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned:
- Digital goods (e.g., PDF patterns or books)
- Custom or personalized products
- Opened physical books
- Sale items (unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described)
- Gift cards

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately at orders@colourpopcrafts.com
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s)
- We will refund the full purchase price, including the standard delivery cost (if originally charged)
Please note:
- If you selected a premium delivery option (such as express shipping), we will only refund the cost of standard delivery
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
If a return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, you will receive a full refund for the returned item.
7. Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:
- You may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs charges, depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
8. Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment:
- We will issue a refund once the package is returned to us.
- Any additional shipping costs incurred due to the refusal will be deducted from your refund.
