We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship using Royal Mail and selected tracked courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Handmade items may take a little longer, usually 1–5 working days, as each piece is carefully made just for you.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
- UK: 1–5 business days (including processing time)
- Europe: 5–14 business days (including processing time)
- US & International: 14-31 business days (depending on your location)
These timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary depending on local postal services, customs processing, and weather.
Tracking & Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
International Orders & Customs
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check your country’s import policies before ordering.
Refused Shipments & Returned Packages
If you refuse a shipment, we can issue a refund once the package is returned to us. However, if any extra shipping fees are incurred due to the refusal, these will be deducted from your refund.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will be restocked, and you will receive a refund for the items only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

You can choose to collect your order from our studio in London.
