Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Venus is a beautifully balanced DK weight blend of 70% extra fine virgin wool and 30% Mulberry silk, spun in Italy. The extra fine wool brings warmth, structure, and that familiar, comforting softness, while the Mulberry silk adds a subtle inner luminosity, a slight sheen, and a beautiful drape that elevates it beyond an ordinary wool yarn.

The result is a yarn that feels more expensive than it is, knits beautifully on 4–4.5mm needles, and produces a fabric with a gorgeous, slightly silky surface that wears wonderfully next to skin.
