Delivery and Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Puzzlegge Millefili is a fine, textured blend of wool, polyamide, and viscose, spun in Italy with the kind of quiet craftsmanship that only comes from generations of mill expertise. The viscose content gives it a beautiful natural drape and a subtle sheen that catches the light softly, while the wool provides warmth and structure, and the nylon adds just enough durability to make it wonderfully practical. The natural oatmeal colourway is warm, earthy, and effortlessly elegant.
