Delivery and Returns

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

Pecci Filati Minou is made from 70% brushed suri baby alpaca and 30% polyamide. The suri baby alpaca gives it a silky halo and exceptional softness, while the polyamide adds strength to keep that brushed texture durable. At 500 m per 50 g, it’s best held together with another strand, such as a fingering or DK weight yarn, to add a soft halo and subtle warmth. It works beautifully in shawls, jumpers, cardigans, and other pieces where a delicate, fuzzy finish is wanted.
