For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

It is a classic 75% merino, 25% nylon blend with the durability you need for socks that last, paired with a softness that makes it equally brilliant for shawls, accessories, and lightweight garments you'll actually want to wear.

Made from extra-soft South African merino wool sourced from mulesing-free farms, and superwash treated for easy machine washing. The 25% nylon adds the durability your socks need without compromising the softness against your skin.

Due to the hand-dyed process, colours may vary slightly between skeins. For larger projects, we recommend alternating skeins for a more even result.
