Delivery and Returns

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Filati Venezia Lana Cashmere is an Italian luxury yarn in a blend of 90% merino wool and 10% cashmere, in a rich burgundy colour. At 575 m per 100 g, it's a fine fingering-weight yarn, made from 4 plies for a round, even finish. It's great for shawls, lightweight jumpers, cardigans, scarves, hats, and accessories, for knitting and crochet.
