Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

This 3 mm purple stitch holder cord is a flexible way to put your stitches on hold. It comes in a 5 m length, letting you cut it to the exact size you need. It's ideal for flat or circular projects and for trying on your garment as you go. 

Four heart-shaped stoppers keep stitches securely in place at each end.

Compatible with 5 mm needles and larger, it makes for a smoother, more comfortable knitting experience.
