Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Studio pickup available

Studio pickup is available during the following hours:

Monday: 10:00–17:00
Wednesday: 10:00–19:00
Friday: 10:00–14:00

Please wait for your “Ready for pickup” email before coming.

We're opening up the ColourPopCrafts studio for a free social knit-along, and we'd love you to join us. Come and spend a couple of hours knitting alongside fellow makers in South London.

No agenda. All skill levels are welcome. Just bring your knitting or crochet.

We'll have our full range of colourful yarns, sock knitting supplies, and craft tools available to browse and buy on the day, so if you've been eyeing something up, this is a great chance to touch and feel before you commit.
