Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Eucalan's Eucalyptus Delicate Wash has been the go-to wool wash for knitters since 1989, and for good reason. The no-rinse formula means less handling, less stretching, and less chance of damaging the fabric you worked so hard to make. Just soak, squeeze, and dry.

The lanolin-enriched formula naturally conditions wool fibres as it cleans, keeping them soft, supple, and in their best condition wash after wash. The fresh eucalyptus scent, made with real essential oil, not synthetic fragrance, also acts as a natural moth repellent, making it ideal for washing your knits before storing them for the season.
