Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Made from thick natural canvas with a flat bottom that lets it stand freely while you work, this pouch is genuinely roomy enough to hold 300g+ of yarn plus all your tools, accessories, pattern notes, and whatever else you can't leave the house without.

The "Emotional Support Project" design is hand-cut, weeded, and pressed by Bex of The Pigeon's Nest, a maker who knows exactly what it feels like to be emotionally attached to a WIP.

Handmade in small batches in the UK. No two are quite the same, and that's exactly the point.
