Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

This 4-ply blend uses enzyme-treated superfine alpaca for a yarn that's genuinely soft against the skin, stable enough to hold its shape, and easy enough to care for that you'll actually wear what you make. The result is a sock yarn that feels a little more luxurious than your usual go-to, and knits up beautifully into shawls too.

Perfect for socks, shawls, and lightweight accessories where softness matters.

Enzyme-treated alpaca means this yarn is easier to care for than standard alpaca. A gentle machine wash on a wool cycle is usually safe. Always check the ball band for full care instructions.
