Delivery and Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

The ChiaoGoo SWIV360 Silver cable is engineered to improve flexibility and reduce cable memory during circular knitting.

The integrated swivel mechanism allows needle tips to rotate freely, preventing twisting and kinking. The multi-strand steel core with nylon coating ensures durability while maintaining smooth stitch movement.

Each cable includes tightening holes for secure connection and optional lifeline use. Compatible with ChiaoGoo interchangeable needle tips within the same screw size system.

To choose the right cable, match it with your needle tip size.

ChiaoGoo 5in and 4in Tip Size:

  • Small for mid-range needle sizes from 2.75 to 5 mm
  • Large for larger needle sizes from 5.5 to 10 mm

ChiaoGoo 3in Tip Size:

  • Small for mid-range needle sizes from 3.5 to 5 mm
  • Large for larger needle sizes from 5.5 to 8 mm
