Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Each ball is carefully dyed to create automatic colour gradients and patterns as you knit, the signature Arne & Carlos style, without any colour changes or complicated techniques.

Cast on and watch your socks transform row by row into something that looks far more complex than it actually is. Harmonious, symmetrical designs inspired by Norwegian traditions and Scandinavian nature are in your hands, effortlessly. 

The yarn itself is a beautifully practical blend of 75% virgin wool and 25% recycled polyamide, warm and soft from the wool, with polyamide for the durability your socks demand.

Machine washable at 40 degrees and suitable for tumble drying, making it as practical as it is beautiful. At 420m per 100g, it's a generous 4-ply, perfect for a pair of socks with yarn to spare.
