Delivery and Returns

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

This is silk, but not as you know it. Seta Bourette is made from the short fibres left over after smooth silk is processed, and what sounds like a byproduct turns out to be one of the most characterful, beautiful yarns you can knit with. Unlike smooth silk, which is cool and shiny, bourette silk is warm, matte, and wonderfully textured.

The natural nubs and irregularities in the fibre give every finished piece an organic, handmade quality that looks as beautiful in simple stockinette stitch as it does in complex lace.
